#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone's life.Turning customer whispers into industry, shaking solutions... ready to amplify the future?As a Senior AI Engineer on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleCollaborate across Go-to-Market domains to optimize the B2B customer journey in the Automotive sectorIntegrate advanced LLMs and AI agents seamlessly with enterprise systems, APIs, and diverse data sourcesDevelop propensity-to-design-win scoring models, combining engagement signals (downloads, page views, product interest) with customer insights to rank products, customer contacts, and engagement levels according to their likelihood of progressing to a socket win or design winApply deep domain expertise to solve complex business and technical challenges and drive process improvementsDefine and lead projects or project workstreams, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of outcomesAct as a mentor and subject matter expert for colleagues, including training and supporting junior team membersWork independently while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with internal policies and proceduresYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Statistics, or a related field5+ years of relevant experience in NLP, AI, and Machine Learning, including at least 2 years leading initiatives involving LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AIHands-on expertise in multi-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, tool, memory and routing design, as well as the integration of LLMs and AI agents with enterprise systems and APIsExperience with agent protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A), open-source agent gateways, and strong proficiency in Python; basic web development knowledge is a plusSolid understanding of software engineering principles and software development life cyclesHighly motivated, structured, and self-driven team player with strong cross-cultural and customer-oriented skillsFluent English communication skills#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
