Senior AI Product Engineer – Agentic Experience (all genders)

In this role you shape AI-powered agentic experiences for Holidu’s platform, owning end-to-end problems from ideation to production. You work within the Agentic Experience team to build multi-agent systems that scale to thousands of real conversations across channels. You’ll push the boundaries of AI in production, selecting the right problems and tools to maximize customer impact. • Own problems end-to-end, from idea to production, not just tickets
• Build AI agents and multi-agent systems with tool calling and handoffs
• Design production workflows and evaluations for large-scale conversations
• Advocate for the right problems and tooling to fit strategic goals
• Contribute to platform components and models using a Kotlin/Java, AWS, Kubernetes stack
• Communicate clearly in code, docs, and conversations

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Deep fluency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code)
• Track record shipping production systems and keeping them running
• Strong fundamentals in systems design, reliability, and production operations
• Proficiency with Kotlin/Java; familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes; PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis
• Clear communication skills
