Senior AI Software Engineer (all genders)

In this AI-focused role, you will design and build innovative AI projects and steer them through evaluation, development, deployment, and production. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and developers to scale AI solutions and optimize performance, security, and maintainability. • Design and develop innovative AI projects solving complex problems
• Oversee full lifecycle of AI applications from concept to production
• Follow standard software development practices (version control, testing, DevOps) and build APIs and conversational UIs
• Evaluate and integrate new AI use cases into business processes
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to scale AI solutions
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, accuracy, and security
• Explore opportunities to specialize and apply knowledge across projects, including AI infrastructure optimization

• solid software development background with practical experience in generative AI, ML, or data-driven projects
• proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, and Go; experience with REST APIs and databases
• understanding of generative AI methodologies (RAG, fine-tuning, agents, reasoning workflows)
• ability to architect and design for automation, stability, and maintainability
• knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) is advantageous; Kubernetes or front-end development is a plus
