Introduction

Develop algorithms at the forefront of measurement technology and enable the data networks of tomorrow.

Tasks

• You drive the development of innovative IP solutions and algorithms, with a primary focus on delivering solutions for Digital Design Test measurements.
• You work closely with interdisciplinary development teams to transfer complex algorithmic concepts into market-ready products, ensuring a seamless transition from theory to product implementation.
• You analyze current measurement technology requirements — specifically in areas such as De-embedding and signal integrity — to derive concrete algorithm concepts for new product generations.
• You evaluate scientific publications and patents to identify technological trends at an early stage and incorporate them into the product strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
• You represent Rohde & Schwarz at relevant specialist conferences and present research results to an international expert audience, where commercially viable.
• You actively participate in IEEE working groups and contribute to shaping industry-wide standards and norms to align them with product goals.
