Senior Amazon Retail Media Consultant (d/f/m)

Senior Retail Media Consultant at DEPT leads multi-market client portfolios in the Amazon and broader retail media space. You will connect Retail, Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, AMC, and digital marketing strategies to drive growth across the customer journey. You’ll mentor juniors, shape team knowledge, and drive innovative approaches for clients and internal teams. This role offers impact across strategizing, forecasting, and expanding commercial opportunities.

• Manage complex, multi-market client portfolios with large annual ad budgets
• Develop full-funnel strategies linking Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, AMC and other channels
• Lead client workshops, QBRs and business reviews with forecasts and budget guidance
• Build custom analytics and reporting structures to derive actionable insights
• Drive commercial opportunities from pitches to new contracts and upsell options
• Mentor juniors and drive knowledge sharing through trainings
• Create and deliver proactive trainings to enhance team expertise

• 4+ years in Amazon, e-commerce, online marketing or retail media (≥3 years in Amazon Advertising)
• Master of Amazon Sponsored Ads; familiar with AMC, DSP, ARA, Vendor/Seller Central and hybrid models
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Experience with AI tools to improve workflows
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to lead change and mentor peers
• Located and available to work in Germany; fluent in German and English
