As a Senior AML/KYC Policy and Compliance Specialist , you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization committed to safeguarding financial integrity and promoting compliance excellence. You will contribute to shaping and modernizing the firm’s KYC policy framework, ensuring alignment with international AML regulations and supporting firm-wide transformation initiatives. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide expert interpretation of international AML regulations and KYC guidelines, ensuring policies meet global standards and evolving best practices.


• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on AML regulatory trends and emerging risks to inform strategic policy development.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive KYC policy transformation, simplifying and aligning procedures to optimize operational efficiency and risk management.


• Lead efforts to automate and enhance the collection and integration of country-specific KYC and AML requirements within a scalable global framework.


• Manage project initiatives and develop roadmaps to support broader KYC transformation and strategic change agendas.


• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to communicate policy updates, strategic initiatives, and project progress.


• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative thinking and risk-based compliance.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC policy development and transformation within the financial industry.


• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear policies.


• Exceptional attention to detail, adept at reviewing and managing extensive data in Excel.


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven talent for influencing across organizational levels.


• Experience leading strategic initiatives and managing organizational change.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in AML or compliance-related fields.


• Previous experience with change management frameworks.


• Knowledge of automation tools related to KYC and AML processes.

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of Polish.
