Senior Analog ASIC Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Join Advantest's global engineering team to develop analog and full-custom ASIC modules for cutting-edge semiconductor testers. You will own end-to-end design from concept to silicon, collaborating across architects, digital design, software, and other disciplines. You translate requirements into robust analog designs, tackle complex challenges, and deliver high-quality results at scale. This role offers impact in advancing test technology and product quality with cross-functional collaboration and ownership.

• Design and implement analog or full-custom modules in CMOS (schematics and layout)
• Support top-level and chip-level physical design
• Run specification-based simulations and verify modules and chips across processes
• Analyze circuits including process variance
• Test, evaluate, validate prototypes and perform data analysis
• Prepare circuit performance reporting and documentation
• Provide guidance to team members
• Collaborate with other functions

• University degree, Diploma or MS EE
• Background in analog and full-custom design (SOC)
• ASIC design methodologies and silicon development cycle
• Experience with modern leading-edge CMOS processes
• Experience with standard simulation tools for analog designs
• Knowledge in Data Analysis
• Basic understanding of digital circuits
• Good knowledge of UNIX environment and programming languages
• Technical communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English in speaking and writing (German beneficial)
