Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

In this role, you will design ultra-low power analog IC periphery blocks for our in-memory computing platform, shaping system-level decisions through to post-layout floor-planning. You’ll contribute new block concepts and potentially expand SEMRON’s patent portfolio. Expect close collaboration with cross-functional teams to specify, implement, verify, and validate analog blocks such as ADCs, DACs, LDOs, references, and level-shifters, while addressing power and area constraints. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with impact on product performance and intellectual property.

• Determine specifications for analog blocks
• Design and implement ultra-low power analog periphery blocks (ADC, DAC, LDO, BG Reference, Level-shifters)
• Contribute layout floor-plan
• Post-layout characterization
• Develop verification schemes for analog blocks and mixed-signal systems

• 5+ years of experience in analog design
• Hands-on expertise in at least two areas from: data converters, read-out circuits, data transfer, power management, memory periphery, DC-DC conversion
• At least two successful tape-outs
• Experience in chip measurement
