Senior Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

RequireTech Resources is looking of a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer for one of its leading Semiconductor clients in Dresden, Germany.

What they are looking for:

• Experience in analog thinking, simulation, and robust IC development in the field of microelectronics with a focus on analog and mixed-signal design
• Enjoyment of solving challenging problems in analog and analog/digital circuit design, as well as simulating circuits
• A degree in electrical engineering (Diploma Ingenieur or Master’s) or equivalent, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal IC design
• Solid experience with BCD technologies at feature sizes of 350 nm, 180 nm, 90 nm, or smaller.

You are interested in the following tasks:

• Developing innovative circuit and system concepts for sophisticated high-voltage and mixed-signal ICs from the initial idea through simulation and review to commissioning.
• Analog/mixed-signal IC circuit development using modern high-voltage and fine line CMOS technologies
• Modeling and simulation of circuits and systems
