Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage - Center for CFO Excellence

In this Senior Analyst role, you contribute to CFO-related transformations and performance initiatives within BCG’s CFO Excellence practice. You work on value creation, planning, and lean finance, partnering with client teams to diagnose issues and design solutions. You will develop knowledge assets, support proposals, and help drive cross-functional impact across finance functions in a global, collaborative setting.

• Engage in client engagements to diagnose challenges and design solutions for finance transformation and performance improvement
• Develop and deliver client-ready analyses and insights; support workshops and executive discussions
• Collaborate with topic teams to build tools, knowledge products, and new insights for CFOx initiatives
• Drive benchmarking and end-to-end finance process expertise (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A, Cash & Treasury, Payroll, Fixed Assets)
• Support proposal development and articulate transformation approaches leveraging BCG capabilities
• Maintain and update knowledge materials; contribute to intellectual capital through studies, articles, and practice documents

• 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant sector/topic; or 3+ years in industry with related finance roles
• Master’s degree in business/finance or CPA with consulting background
• Confident client presence and strong relationship-building skills
• Effective written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; collaborative and proactive style
• Discretion when needed and strong interpersonal credibility
