Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, Energy and Climate

Join BCG Vantage as a Senior Analyst to support energy and climate client work with proprietary assets and data-driven insights. You will contribute to cases and proposals, help design solutions, and engage in client workshops and marketing materials. The role involves occasional travel to client sites and onboarding/mentoring junior colleagues. You will advance the energy transition, infrastructure, and decarbonization topics within a globally connected team. This position offers a chance to shape client impact through cross-functional collaboration and innovative tools.

• Contribute to client cases and proposals with relevant analysis and insights
• Develop and leverage BCG Vantage assets (tools, data, frameworks) to support client work
• Assist in workshops and client-facing materials, enhancing impact for clients
• Support commercialization efforts through analysis and market materials
• Onboard and train junior colleagues based on topic/sector expertise
• Travel to client sites as needed to understand requirements and tailor solutions
• Collaborate with global topic leads and teams across BCG to bring expertise to client work

• 2+ years of consulting experience in energy and climate (required)
• Alternatively 3+ years of industry experience in energy/climate (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (required); advanced degree preferred
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• AI native; daily work with Claude and ChatGPT expected
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
