Your Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations leaders to drive financial performance, efficiency improvements, and cost optimization
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, including variance analyses, identification of key business drivers, and tracking of improvement actions
- Support margin improvement, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing functions
- Own and further develop product costing methodologies in line with IFRS requirements
- Analyze cost drivers and manufacturing performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and monitor production-related KPIs to enhance transparency and business performance
- Manage and improve cost center controlling activities within manufacturing and operations
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and workforce planning processes
- Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of reporting processes and financial analyses
- Prepare management reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in Operations, Plant, or Manufacturing Controlling within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of product costing and inventory accounting
- Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly CO-OM and CO-PC; CO-PA is a plus
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven approach
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective partnerships across functions
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic international environment
Your Qualifications
