(Senior) Analyst – Logistics Fund Management

Our client a growing logistics investment platform is looking to hire an Analyst or Senior Analyst to support the growth and performance of its European logistics real estate platform with a specific focus on the German market.

This is a high impact role for a commercially minded individual who wants to sit at the intersection of investment execution and portfolio strategy. Unlike a purely analytical role you will be integrated into the core decision making process from day one managing the full lifecycle of a deal from initial sourcing and site visits to investment committee approval and financing execution.

Responsibilities

• Take direct responsibility for sourcing new opportunities within the logistics and light industrial fund sector, with a strong emphasis on the German market.
• Conduct site visits for new projects and accompany each investment from initial acquisition through to completion.
• Utilize very strong Excel skills to manage complex financial models and perform sensitivity analyses and investment appraisals.
• Prepare business plans, cash flow analyses, and performance reports for management, investors, and financing partners.
• Draft high-level presentation packs and decision-making documentation for IC meetings and investor discussions.
• Collaborate with internal ESG teams and property managers to ensure projects meet performance targets and reporting standards.
• Maintain a deep understanding of rental trends, occupier demand, and competitive market data within the German industrial sector.

Experience & Background

• Logistics experience is preferred but we are open to candidates from other commercial real estate backgrounds.
• You must have very strong Excel skills as you will be running complex models daily.
• Fluent German is absolutely crucial for communicating with our German investor base and stakeholders.
• Experience in real estate investment or finance and the ability to manage projects independently.
