Senior Analyst Logistics & Packaging Planning EMEA

In this role you will shape regional logistics and packaging strategies across EMEA to enable cost-efficient, sustainable operations. You will partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver optimized logistics concepts and packaging solutions. You will lead data-driven cost analyses, RFQ support, and cross-functional projects that drive performance and quality. • Lead RFQ support by creating and validating inbound, intercompany, and outbound logistics cost models for new business opportunities.
• Analyze logistics costs and advise on sourcing decisions, supplier evaluations, and cost optimization.
• Develop and implement regional packaging concepts and logistics solutions meeting customer, operational, quality, and sustainability needs.
• Manage the specification, development, and procurement of special metal and plastic packaging for production and supply chain operations.
• Define, coordinate, present, and align logistics concepts with customers for efficient, sustainable operations.
• Lead strategic logistics and packaging projects focusing on process improvement, standardization, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to implement packaging and logistics solutions achieving quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, best-practice implementation, and optimization of planning processes.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in logistics planning, packaging engineering, or related manufacturing environment
• Experience in logistics cost modeling, RFQ support, transportation cost analysis, and business case development
• Strong knowledge of packaging development, returnable packaging systems, logistics processes, and end-to-end supply chain operations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with customers, suppliers, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Operations in an international environment
