Senior Antenna System Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will develop and design next-generation mobile antenna systems within a collaborative, cross-functional team. You will contribute to RAN system analysis and prototype development, driving innovations for 6G base station antennas. You’ll adapt solutions from other industries to enhance performance and integrate advanced techniques. • Develop and design innovative future mobile antenna systems
• Collaborate with a multifunctional team to analyze RAN systems, explore concepts, and build prototypes
• Adapt and integrate cross-industry solutions to improve antenna performance

• Bachelor in RF Engineering; PhD is a plus
• ≥5 years of experience in antenna RF system engineering
• Proven expertise in RAN system analysis and massive MIMO antenna systems
• Deep understanding of cellular antenna systems and complex wireless architectures
• Proficiency in electromagnetic 3D simulation tools (e.g., CST)
• Familiar with RF measurement systems
• Familiar with C/C++ and/or Python is a plus
• Machine Learning methods is a plus
• Fluent in English with excellent intercultural communication skills
