Senior Antenna Technology Developer

Location: Southern Germany (Commutable from Munich and surrounding areas)

We are seeking a Senior Antenna Technology Developer to drive innovation in advanced wireless and antenna systems, with a focus on next-generation network infrastructure.

You will shape technology direction, lead R&D activities, and deliver high-impact solutions in complex, system-level environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced system solutions: Lead the design and development of high-performance hardware and system architectures, considering performance, cost, manufacturability, and scalability.
• Drive innovation: Solve complex technical challenges, contribute to IP generation, and support long-term technology strategy.
• Provide technical leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams and influencing key technical decisions.
• Collaborate & mentor: Work across disciplines, support knowledge sharing, and mentor engineers.
• Contribute to standards: Support industry and regulatory activities where relevant.

Required Expertise

• Strong background in antenna systems, RF hardware , ideally in a Chief or Principal Engineer role.
• Experience with advanced antenna architectures (e.g. Massive MIMO, BSA, Passive Antenna's, RF Antenna's)
• Solid understanding of system-level design, integration, and performance trade-offs
• Experience with modeling, simulation, and optimization tools
• Familiarity with materials, manufacturing, and real-world deployment constraints
• Proven technical leadership and ownership
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence
• Collaborative mindset with mentoring capability
