SENIOR ANTI-FINANCIAL CRIME MANAGER & DEPUTY MLRO (f/m/d)

As Senior AFC Manager, you will oversee and continually enhance 360T's anti-financial crime framework. You will support the MLRO and senior Compliance leadership, ensuring regulatory integrity across AML/CTF, sanctions, and fraud prevention. You will act as a senior escalation point for high‑risk AFC matters and contribute to governance, risk assessment and control effectiveness. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement. You will shape policies, coordinate risk assessments and mentor junior AFC colleagues, in a fast‑paced, regulated fintech environment.

• Support the MLRO and Compliance leadership in implementing and operating the AFC framework
• Oversee AFC activities across AML/CTF, sanctions compliance, fraud prevention and related controls
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high‑risk AFC cases, including AML investigations, sanctions hits and fraud scenarios
• Review and approve AFC assessments, case analyses and recommendations from operational teams
• Coordinate AFC risk assessments across business, product, customer and geography
• Advise business units and senior management on AFC risks, onboarding decisions and mitigations
• Support regulatory interactions, audits and inspections including documentation and responses
• Contribute to AFC policies, procedures and control frameworks ensuring consistency and regulatory alignment
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the AFC framework
• Support training and awareness initiatives with AFC content
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, QA and control enhancements
• Mentor junior AFC colleagues and model professional standards

• State Examination or equivalent degree in Law or comparable academic background (e.g., Business Law, Economics, Finance, Compliance)
• 5+ years of relevant AML/AFC experience in a regulated financial institution
• Strong practical knowledge of AML/CTF, sanctions regimes, fraud risks and escalation processes
• Analytical, investigative and conceptual skills with high standards for documentation and decision‑making
• Advisory and communication skills with senior stakeholders and control functions
