What you'll do

• Provide expert support for application-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in both English and German.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning or data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with ZEISS products or similar technologies.

Skills & tools

• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
