Senior Application Support Engineer

In this role you ensure the stable operation and ongoing development of central sales systems, including the product configurator and CRM interfaces. You collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions, and you drive ITIL-based incident and service management with external providers. You participate in development, testing, and documentation, while leading agile projects to digitize and optimize sales processes. • Operate and advance central sales systems, focusing on the product configurator and CRM interfaces
• Capture requirements with business analysts and product owners and craft technical solutions
• Participate in development, testing, bug fixing, and maintain relevant documentation
• Handle incidents and service requests per ITIL in ServiceNow and coordinate external providers
• Drive digitization and optimization projects for sales processes using agile methods (SCRUM)

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• At least 7 years of professional experience
• Experience operating Java-based web applications and good SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of test, change, incident, and problem management
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Azure
• Analytical, communicative, and team-oriented working style
• Experience with agile methods such as SCRUM/Kanban
• Excellent German and English skills
