Senior Art Director (m/f/d)

As Senior Art Director, you will lead visual storytelling for brand and product campaigns, guiding shoots from concept to delivery and shaping Westwing’s creative direction. You’ll collaborate with production, styling, copywriters, editors and designers to ensure a cohesive, high-impact visual language across social and brand moments. This role blends creative leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, design-led environment. You’ll help elevate Westwing’s visual identity and keep content relevant and engaging.

• Develop visual concepts for campaigns, product storytelling, social content and brand moments
• Translate ideas into clear creative direction using moodboards, storyboards, layouts and shot lists
• Lead photo and video shoots end to end, including casting, set direction, music research and edit supervision
• Maintain high visual standards across channels with emphasis on social impact and relevance
• Collaborate with production, styling, copy, editors and designers to deliver cohesive work
• Contribute to evolving Westwing’s visual identity and push it forward

• 5 to 8+ years experience in brand, creative agency or production environments
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, art direction and photography knowledge
• Deep understanding of visual culture and social platform trends
• Hands-on experience with photo and video formats
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality or creative integrity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; team-oriented
• Fluency in English
