Its sister firm, Ventus Capital Management, provides selected co-investors access to high-yield, off-market private debt investments in the German-speaking real estate market. The firm works with project developers, real estate investors, and companies on structuring debt, mezzanine, and equity-adjacent financing across the full capital stack.Ventus Capital is seeking a (Senior) Associate for its Advisory division to support deal origination and the structuring of complex financing solutions for commercial real estate transactions.Key Responsibilities:• Originate, structure, and manage debt, mezzanine, and equity-adjacent financing for large-scale commercial real estate transactions and corporate financing solutions• Develop and maintain relationships with capital providers including banks, insurance companies, and alternative lenders• Prepare comprehensive financing documentation including project analyses, cash flow models, and profitability assessments• Approach, compare, and negotiate indicative terms with capital providers on behalf of clients• Advise project developers, real estate investors, and companies on selecting appropriate capital sources• Support approval, documentation, and disbursement processes with capital providers• Assist with business development and new market initiativesRequirements:• Degree in business administration, economics, or real estate management• Minimum 3 years (Associate) or 5 years (Senior Associate) of experience in commercial real estate financing, investment or transaction management, corporate and investment banking, private equity, private debt, or management consulting• Analytical, cross-functional mindset with the ability to manage complex transactions• Entrepreneurial drive and strong initiative in a demanding environment• Excellent German and English communication skills• Strong Microsoft Office proficiencyVentus Capital offers competitive, performance-oriented compensation and significant professional development opportunities in the growing German alternative real estate financing market.Apply for this Position
