Senior Associate - Banking & Finance (M/F/D)

Senior Associate/Associate | Banking & Finance | Frankfurt (M/F/D)

I'm currently partnering with a leading international law firm that is looking to add an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to its highly regarded Banking & Finance practice in Frankfurt.

For lawyers looking to take the next step in their career, this offers the opportunity to join a market-leading practice at a time when financing activity continues to evolve across private equity, infrastructure, real estate and corporate transactions. The team is consistently instructed on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border matters and advises an impressive client base including banks, financial institutions, sponsors, funds, investors and multinational corporates.

The role offers exposure to:

• Acquisition and leveraged finance
• Real estate finance
• Project finance
• Corporate lending and working capital facilities
• Restructurings and refinancing transactions

What stands out is the quality of the work, the international platform, and the chance to take on meaningful responsibility from day one. You'll work closely with recognised figures in the market, gain direct client exposure, and be part of a collaborative team that is committed to developing its lawyers.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent English skills, and a genuine interest in complex financing transactions and commercial matters.

For lawyers considering their next move in Frankfurt and looking for a platform that combines first-class work, international exposure and long-term career progression, this is a role well worth exploring.
