Senior Associate/Counsel, German Law Firm, Private Equity/Corporate M&A

Our client – a well‑respected major German law firm – is currently looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) with at least 4 years of professional experience in Private Equity or Corporate/M&A for an exciting mid‑level position in the Private Equity team. Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of professional experience in Private Equity or Corporate/M&A

• Fluency in German and English; high‑level communication skills
• Relevant academic background (law or business) and a successful track record in the German market is preferred
• Commitment to partnership development and interest in a long‑term career in a major law firm

Responsibilities

Provide legal advisory and support services in Private Equity and Corporate/M&A transactions, participate in transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting of documents, and negotiations. Collaborate with senior partners and other practice areas to deliver high‑quality services to clients.
