Senior Associate – Operations External Manager Support

Responsibilities

• Acts as a central communication and monitoring point between State Street, External Managers and the Alpha clients
• Provides External Manager Reconciliation Oversight
• Ensures Governance by capturing and preparing External Manager related MIS
• Monitors the overall health of the client's portfolios via the operational control framework
• Assists in the analysis of current/proposed processes and recommends solutions

Requirements

• Degree and minimum 3+ years asset management operational experience
• Knowledge of order management systems, ideally CRD but not a must‑have
• Knowledge of additional European languages like German or Dutch will be considered a plus
