Senior Associate Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine solution architectures using appropriate modeling techniques.
• Provide multi‑technology consulting on application software, infrastructure, and technology components.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client requirements, gather data, and deliver analysis and problem resolution.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Support change programs or projects by preparing technical plans and ensuring adherence to design principles and enterprise standards.
• Create technical reports, technology roadmaps, and multiple design views for different stakeholders.
• Manage proof‑of‑concept initiatives and review, verify, and refine designs against specifications.
• Assist in defining meta‑architectural designs for less complex or smaller solutions, helping shape new go‑to‑market services and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Ensure solutions align with client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Developing knowledge of multi‑vendor service integrations and cross‑functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs.
• Developing knowledge of infrastructure and application software deployment methodologies and frameworks.
• Moderate professional experience in technical, IT, or operations within a large‑scale technology services environment, especially in software development, application support, and infrastructure support.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as sales, product, and delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to learn new concepts and apply them effectively in the workplace.
• Good client service orientation, proactive approach, and self‑starter attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
