They are looking to expand their investor relations capabilities with the addition of a Senior Associate who will have a predominant focus on investor coverage. They will play a central role in managing and developing the funds relationships with existing and prospective investors across Europe and globally. This person can be based in London, Munich or Stockholm.

About our client

They will play a central role in managing and developing the funds relationships with existing and prospective investors across Europe and globally.

What the job involves

• Partner with senior IR professionals on fundraising initiatives, including lead generation, investor outreach, and pipeline management across geographies and products
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for LPs, responding to information requests and coordinating internally to ensure timely, high-quality communication
• Develop a strong understanding of the funds investment strategy, fund structures, portfolio companies, and performance to confidently support investor dialogue
• Play a key role in organizing and leading investor meetings, due diligence sessions, and events, including coordination with the investment team and external stakeholders
• Assist in the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle, including pipeline tracking, LP engagement and due diligence

Who we are looking for

• Experience from a leading private equity, growth equity, asset management firm or placement agent with proven success in investor coverage, fundraising, or IR project management, with exposure to institutional LPs
• Background can be from either sales/coverage or project management-focused IR, provided the candidate demonstrates strong ownership, judgment, and LP-facing credibility
• Strong preference for candidates fluent in English and a second European language, particularly Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or German
