Overview

In this role you will lead IT compliance audits within the SCAR governance team to ensure alignment with ISO 27001:2022, TISAX and related standards. You will plan, execute and report audits across internal processes and external providers, supporting risk mitigation and the company’s compliance posture. You will collaborate with risk owners and stakeholders, including certification processes, to drive robust audit outcomes. Verantwortungsbereiche

Audit planning and documentation based on information security standards
Conduct IT, security and service provider audits across internal and external environments
Perform physical security audits onsite or virtually
Document audit findings and support risk mitigation and risk register updates
Prepare audit reports and collaborate with CTO and other stakeholders throughout the process

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree or formal education in informatics, business informatics, IT security, or related field
4–5 years of experience in a similar role in an international/global environment
Audit qualifications or ongoing professional development in Information Security, IT Security or Cyber Security
Practical experience auditing against ISO 2700x, BSI Grundschutz, SOC 2 Type II, TISAX or similar frameworks
Auditing planning, scope definition, methodology selection, auditing leadership, effort estimation
Risk management experience and familiarity with related terminology
Very good German and English language skills (B1 or higher)
Strong initiative, analytical thinking, time management and self-management in a global setting
High ethical standards in auditing, confidentiality and independence
