Senior BA (Orchestrade + Commodities (BO))

In this role you will contribute to the delivery of a commodity-focused Orchestrade Trading and Position platform. You join a progressive Orchestrade practice and work with a cross-functional team to implement, integrate, and upgrade the trading solution for commodities. You will translate business needs into user stories, participate in design and testing, and interact with vendors and end users. The role offers growth through formal training and exposure to diverse capital markets projects.

• Act as part of the design, implementation, and test teams
• Gather and analyze requirements through workshops and discussions with business teams/SMEs
• Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Create user stories, test cases, and scenarios for requirements
• Collaborate on solution designs with Vendor teams
• Work in a cross-functional global team (BA, Developers, PMs, support)
• Perform testing to ensure developments meet requested features
• Provide regular status updates and flag issues via stand-up and meetings

• Knowledge of Commodities (Power, Certs, Gaz, Biomethane, Liquified Natural Gaz)
• Extensive background in Orchestrade
• Extensive experience in Capital Markets
• Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication with technical and business resources
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Experience in cross-functional, multi-team environments
• Experience writing user stories and using JIRA or similar tools
