Senior Backend Developer – remote

Responsibilities

• Ownership of core parts of our AI architecture
• Design and development of scalable AI agent systems
• Responsibility for reliability & quality of AI outputs
• Development of our LLM systems (prompting, fine‑tuning)
• Building observability and evaluation frameworks
• Close collaboration with business and product teams
• Making technical decisions with long‑term impact

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience (ideally with experience in AI/LLM environments)
• Very strong Python skills (Django or comparable frameworks)
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and AI system design
• Evaluation methods & observability
• Understanding of how to make AI reliable
• Highly autonomous and self‑driven
