About You - Collins GmbH & Co. KGHamburg

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Help envision and work hand-in-hand with other colleagues to develop a scalable software architecture for our API written in PHP
  • Work directly with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into clean, idiomatic Go implementations , ensuring features are well-designed and delivered on time
  • Champion modern engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) , pair programming, and automated CI/CD pipelines to keep code quality and team velocity high
  • Choose technology pragmatically by matching the right tools to the specific problem , maximizing Go’s concurrency and performance without being rigid or dogmatic
  • Take direct ownership of technical initiatives in a flat engineering culture where your ideas are valued and decision-making paths are exceptionally short
  • Mentor fellow developers through code reviews and collaborative sessions, elevating team standards while continuously exploring modern tooling like AI coding assistants
