Senior Backend Engineer (Java)

Wymagane, Java, Spring Boot, AWS Mile widziane, Claude Code, Terraform, React.js O projekcie, A CRM and operational platform designed for investment companies. The system helps investment funds, startups, banks, and payment companies manage:

• Document workflows
• Financial reporting
• Investor communication
• Internal operations

The platform is built using a microservices architecture and actively used by financial organizations in production. Our team has been working with this client for more than 5 years.

Hiring Process

• Contact with a recruiter to prepare your CV and a short video interview.
• Initial call with the hiring team to verify soft and hard skills, and to clarify expectations and background.
• Meet the project team — intro call with the project Engineering Manager and Tech Lead to present the project and discuss the development approach, cultural fit, and the practical coding task for the technical interview.
• Technical interview: review the coding task and dig deeper into technical aspects and system design.

The process is fast and transparent — typically up to two weeks. Start date is flexible, usually immediate to 30 days depending on availability.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Design and develop backend microservices
• Implement new product features
• Improve performance and scalability of existing services
• Participate in architectural decisions
• Work closely with product managers and other engineers
• Write automated tests and maintain code quality

• 1) 5+ years of backend development experience
• 2) Strong Java knowledge (Java 17+)
• 3) Experience with microservices architecture
• 4) Solid SQL knowledge
• 5) Experience building REST APIs
• 6) English B2 or higher Mile widziane

• 1) Understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts
• 2) Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• 3) Experience with GitHub Actions for CI
• 4) Russian or Belarusian languages for communication within the team
