Senior Backend Engineer – Python, TypeScript

• Design and further develop the backend architecture with a focus on reliability and scalability
• Design and implement backend features and APIs
• Build reliable data systems using PostgreSQL, SQL, and Prisma

Requirements

• At least 3 years of solid experience in backend development
• Demonstrated ability to make sound architectural decisions in cloud and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQL
• Professional experience with TypeScript/NestJS and/or Python/FastAPI
• Experience taking responsibility for production operations
• Strong debugging skills and a security-conscious mindset

• C1-level proficiency in English and German
