Gather, analyze, and structure existing business processes at customer organizations
Identify weaknesses, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization
Model processes using structured notations such as BPMN
Translate business requirements into clearly structured requirements and decision‑making documents
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and development teams
Take IT systems, data flows, and technical constraints into account
Translate business problems and requirements into technically oriented solution concepts
Evaluate solution options and target architectures
Plan, conduct, and follow up on customer workshops, both remotely and on site
Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders
Document results, decisions, and outstanding issues
