We are at Coforge seeking a Senior Business Architect (German-speaking) to support Customer digital transformation initiatives on the Pega platform.

The role acts as a key interface between German business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality requirement definition, process design, and successful solution delivery aligned with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirement gathering workshops with customer stakeholders (German language)
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
Define and validate business processes, workflows, and solution designs in Pega context
Act as a bridge between business (Germany) and delivery teams
Backlog grooming, sprint planning, story refinement
Define acceptance criteria and support UAT
Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution optimization
Ensure compliance with customer standards, GDPR, and data privacy guidelines
Maintain key artefacts: BRD/FRD, BPMN diagrams, traceability matrix
Business Analysis: 3+ years in requirement engineering and stakeholder management
Experience in at least one:
Strong understanding of:
Business process modelling (BPMN/UML)
End-to-end requirement lifecycle
Experience working with German clients
Knowledge of railway/travel operations (booking, ticketing, CRM, etc.)
Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
