Senior Business Consultant - Life Sciences Quality

The Role

Senior Consultant in the Quality Practice, responsible for helping customers accelerate treatment delivery through technology, data and AI. Focuses on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring business value, while owning business development and leading consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions.
• Team Management: Lead teams of 2–3 consultants, developing people leadership skills.
• Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within engagements.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s data, software and AI insights.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Quality Practice, developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning mindset.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Knowledge of Veeva products.
• Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation: 75,000 – 135,000 EUR (range varies by experience and location; may include variable bonus and/or stock bonus).
