Senior Business Consultant - Life Sciences Quality

The Role

As a Senior Consultant in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. Our Quality Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products. Our team is growing rapidly. As a Senior Consultant, you will own business development opportunities and lead consulting teams through delivery of consulting programs.

What You'll Do

• Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
• Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
• Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
• Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Quality Practice while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Compensation

• Total compensation: 75,000 - 135,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
