Senior Business Development Representative

About the RoleWe are a fast-scaling, Series A-backed AI SaaS company operating in the procurement intelligence and supply chain space — helping industrial enterprises across Europe modernize and optimize how they buy. With strong investor backing and a growing customer base in the industrial sector, we are expanding our Go-to-Market team in Munich and looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to help drive pipeline growth across European markets.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment and is excited to leverage AI tools to supercharge their prospecting workflows. On-site presence in Munich and fluency in German are required for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full prospecting pipeline end-to-end — identifying, engaging, and converting new leads via phone, email, and social media.

• Run discovery conversations and build well-qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.

• Execute and continuously iterate on both outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.

• Conduct independent market research to identify B2B prospects and tailor outreach for the industrial sector.

• Develop and refine persuasive sales materials, call scripts, and communication templates.

• Organize and deliver internal training sessions and workshops to share prospecting best practices with teammates.

• Identify and experiment with AI/ML tools to accelerate prospecting workflows and optimize team efficiency.

• Contribute to a high-velocity, performance-driven sales culture with clear, measurable goals.

What We’re Looking ForMust-haves:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of building and delivering prospecting pipelines and validating/closing leads.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native or near-native level required).

• Demonstrated experience owning outbound and inbound lead generation strategies in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Experience creating and refining call scripts and templates, and organizing internal sales training or workshops.

• Ability to conduct independent market research and develop compelling sales materials and presentations.

• Comfort identifying and applying AI tools to accelerate sales processes, with a habit of sharing successful approaches with peers.

• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Munich.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior exposure to the industrial sector, manufacturing, or procurement-related domains.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tools applied in a sales context.
