Senior Business Operations Engineer – Data Analytics (all genders)

As Senior Business Operations Engineer in Data Analytics, you will translate data into strategic insights that shape our Security Services. You’ll partner with leadership to drive data-driven decisions, build predictive models, and steward production ML pipelines. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and enterprise strategy, influencing cross-functional partners. You’ll use data storytelling to inform executive decisions and help scale our analytics alongside the Aurora Superintelligence platform, supporting measurable risk reduction.

• Lead high-impact analytical projects informing business strategy and operations

• Build and optimize data pipelines from internal tools for operational data

• Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
• Deep experience in data analytics or business operations with strategic impact
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau (or similar data visualization tools)
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and MLOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Git
• Business-level German skills (written and spoken)
