Senior Business Performance Manager (d/f/m)

The job drives performance and growth within our Kleinanzeigen PRO business unit by connecting go‑to‑market activities with measurable business outcomes. Acting as a bridge between marketing, sales, analytics, and finance, you ensure growth initiatives are clearly defined, tracked, and continuously optimized. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin‑Charlottenburg and reports to the Head of PRO.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
• A strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, building models in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of how marketing funnels and sales processes impact business performance and revenue.
• Experience working in cross‑functional environments and aligning diverse stakeholders effectively.
• A track record of delivering measurable business impact through projects or initiatives.
• Fluent in English; good German skills are a big plus.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the performance view of the PRO business, translating P&L development into actionable KPIs such as subscriber volume, ARPU, churn, and cohort performance.
• Define and track success metrics for strategic initiatives (pricing changes, product launches, or freemium models) and derive clear recommendations.
• Act as a cross‑functional bridge between marketing, sales, analytics, and finance to align forecasts, data needs, and business priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities and risks by analysing funnel performance and customer cohorts, and translate insights into actions.
• Build and own business cases for new initiatives, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making and realistic financial modelling.
