Senior Consultant in Change Management

In this role you’ll support our clients through the changes associated with the implementation of modern SAP and Microsoft solutions, including ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), CRM (SAP Customer Experience, Microsoft Dynamics 365), Modern Work (Microsoft 365), and artificial intelligence solutions .

You’ll analyze the impact on processes and employees, develop transformation strategies, and ensure that new solutions are integrated into and utilized in day‑to‑day work. In addition, you’ll identify and validate AI use cases and empower teams to productively deploy AI‑powered solutions. You’ll work independently within your area of expertise.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in consulting, transformation, innovation, or change management, ideally in international projects
• Experience with generative AI and AI assistants, prompt engineering, and the identification, validation, and scaling of AI use cases
• At least one technology focus area: Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft CRM / Dynamics 365 / Customer Engagement, or SAP
• In‑depth knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar) and experience in enablement, training, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in workshop facilitation and coaching, as well as in agile project work
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel as part of project work
• Ideally, experience in innovation and idea management, knowledge of process automation and agent‑based AI, as well as proficiency with agile methods
