To strengthen our Product & Regulatory Compliance team, we are looking for a (Senior) Business Process Manager / Digital Transformation (all genders) (Product Compliance) to own and evolve our Product Compliance Management System (PCMS) across our EU and US markets . Your role at MOIA: as (Senior) Business Process Manager / Digital Transformation , you are responsible for defining and governing the processes, policies, control mechanisms, and audit frameworks that ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Our product is the autonomous ID.Buzz and all the necessary systems in our ecosystem to operate it with passengers on public roads. Based on EU and US regulatory requirements for automated driving , you create clear, enforceable internal governance structures, aligned with MOIA's organization and existing OEM partner processes. You act as a key decision-maker at the intersection of regulation, engineering, and management, ensuring product conformity across all deployment markets.
