(Senior) Business Process Owner Lead-to-Order (gn) full-time/part-time (hybrid)

In this role you own the end-to-end Lead-to-Order process, aligning cross-functional teams to drive KPI-driven improvements and scalable systems. You’ll shape the target operating model and governance, ensuring consistent performance across channels and regions. You’ll partner with Commercial, Operations, Product and IT to embed new process logic and continuously enhance quality, speed and conversion. • own end-to-end Lead-to-Order process design, target operating model, and governance across customer journey
• manage KPI framework and monitor performance to achieve target metrics
• analyze funnel deviations, identify root causes, and define prioritized improvement actions
• prioritize business requirements, decide on process changes and local variations within governance
• translate business needs into actionable process design and system enablement requirements
• handle decentralized deviations, balancing local needs and standardization with escalation
• drive continuous process improvement and embed new logic with operational teams
• collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Product and IT to implement scalable, system-supported solutions
• maintain up-to-date process documentation, governance standards and handover points

• extensive experience owning end-to-end commercial processes, ideally Lead-to-Order
• strong KPI/data-driven mindset with ability to identify root causes and prioritize improvements
• proven success in leading transformation initiatives and embedding new process models
• understanding of CRM, ERP, omnichannel systems, digital platforms, and AI interactions
• experience managing decentralized process deviations and governance with GTM/channel owners
• expertise in requirements engineering and end-to-end process design in international environments
• strong stakeholder management and escalation skills in matrix organizations
• end-to-end process mindset with ability to define ownership and interfaces across functions
