Senior Business System Analyst - Platform

Senior Business System Analyst (ERP): Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements with an accent on translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications and optimizing business processes. Focus on coordinating cross‑functional teams, driving feature delivery from idea to production, and facilitating decision‑making for large-scale ERP solutions.

Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite from Belgrade, Serbia .

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Design mockups/wireframes (Figma) and model/optimize business processes (UML).
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and product owners.
• Coordinate multiple teams, synchronize activities, monitor progress, and ensure feature delivery.
• Facilitate decision‑making, provide acceptance testing, and participate in the release cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT projects.
• Hands‑on experience in writing specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Practical skills in process modeling and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence) and creating wireframes/mockups in Figma.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and in large‑scale or international projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑team collaboration, strong communication/facilitation skills, and professional knowledge of English is mandatory .
