Senior Business Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Applications Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to identify needed system changes and partner on adoption and change management
• Manage new releases of Salesforce and efficiently roll out new features
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, Flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce
• Configure and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex code and Lightning Components
• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ environment
• Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed
• Manage all processes that impact / relate to the Salesforce application platform
• Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritize, design and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes
• Responsible for maintaining system security and integrity
• Troubleshoot all outages and produce root cause analysis reports as needed

Qualifications

• 7+ years Salesforce administration and/or development experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Obtainment or pursuit of Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or Platform Developer I Certification preferred
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce
• Experience with JavaScript, Apex, SOQL and HTML
• Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SaaS company
• Minimum expectation of a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience
