Senior Business Value Consultant - Banking (m/f/d)

As a Senior Business Value Consultant for Banking, you shape and quantify the business value of SAP Fioneer solutions for executive audiences. You operate at the crossroads of strategy, commercial impact, and banking technology, crafting end-to-end value narratives that influence deal strategy and customer decisions. You’ll develop board-ready business cases, link capabilities to customer goals and regulatory drivers, and support transformation roadmaps. • Own value-based engagements from early pipeline to deal closure
• Develop robust, board-ready business cases (ROI, TCO, cost avoidance, efficiency impact)
• Prepare executive value stories connecting capabilities to strategy and regulatory drivers
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs with scenario modelling and commercial impact assessments
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops to align on priorities and transformation roadmaps
• Contribute to best practices, value frameworks, and reusable assets across Banking portfolio
• Support post-implementation value tracking and customer success narratives

• 5+ years of experience in banking technology, management consulting, value advisory, or solution consulting in financial services
• Proven track record of owning and defending business cases with C-level stakeholders
• Strong understanding of how business value is created and communicated in large-scale transformations
• Ability to connect business strategy, financial impact, and technology enablement into a credible value narrative
• Solid understanding of core banking, payments, or transactional banking processes
