Senior C++ Solution Architect

ProPursuit is currently looking for an experienced C++ Solution Architect for a world leading Fintech client of ours based in Frankfurt, Germany.

This role will be fully onsite, however commuting to the office will be covered by our client.

You will be responsible for our self-developed authorization application. This is an authorization and routing application that supports acquiring including Swiss network operations, issuing and cross-border debit business for various customers.The brands MC, VISA, JCB, Diners and UP are supported with their respective protocols and the required cryptography.

Your role

• Responsibility for the functional and technical development of our authorization platform
• Consulting in the area of architecture and design of complex projects and topics
• Presentation of development approaches and ensuring promised deadlines
• Optimization of the existing architecture
• Planning and monitoring release projects and development activities
• Successful collaboration with clients/customers and all areas involved
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the software development process
• Consulting for internal and external customers
• Support troubleshooting in the event of complex production disruptions
• Ensuring the successful production position while adhering to the production handover process
• Taking over 2nd level readiness for the system on a regular team basis

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, mathematics or comparable training
• Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (C++ knowledge desirable)
• You like to work accurately and systematically, coupled with a good instinct for problem-solving skills
• Experience with real-time applications in IP-based networks
• Complex and analytical thinking skills
• Know-how and handling of relational databases
• When planning, coordinating and implementing your projects, you enjoy working with a high degree of team and partner orientation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
