Responsibilities

Category Management

• Develop and implement customer-oriented category‑management strategies for the complete Coty DACH portfolio, optimizing product portfolios and shelf placement.
• Responsible for Perfect Store objectives and reporting in collaboration with the Director Instore Excellence.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and consumer behavior to optimize relevant product categories.
• Use data analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and continuous improvement of category‑management strategies.
• Ensure exchange of insights and principles across customer projects, continuously optimizing shelf presence.

Perfect Store Management

• Design and implement Perfect Store concepts to optimize product placement and presentation.
• Conceive, define and track shelf metrics.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines regarding the Perfect Store concept and local implementation.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for top management.
• For prestige: Distribution and SDA SPOC.

• Proven experience in category management and knowledge of the prestige and mass retail landscape.
