Senior Client Partner - Manufacturing & Regulated Products (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Senior Client Partner – Manufacturing & Regulated Products (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt and Stuttgart, Germany in a hybrid working mode. This senior leadership role is focused on owning and growing a portfolio of strategic German accounts in high-value industries such as manufacturing‑led, quality‑critical and globally distributed businesses. You will lead an existing multi‑million‑euro relationship and a newer, high‑potential client, shaping transformation agendas across manufacturing, supply chain, enterprise platforms, data, AI and digital engagement . Unlike traditional account management or staffing roles, this is a strategic, consulting‑led client leadership position , requiring the ability to influence at the executive level, create pathways for business‑driven innovation, and orchestrate global delivery capabilities in complex international environments.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of account strategy, growth plan and execution for a defined portfolio of German industrial clients
• Protect and expand an existing multi‑million‑euro account while developing a new client into a scalable strategic partnership
• Build structured account plans including whitespace analysis, stakeholder mapping, strategic priorities, commercial targets, pipeline, risk assessment and actions
• Originate, qualify and shape complex digital transformation opportunities that align with client imperatives such as operational reliability, compliance, supply chain resilience, cost optimization and intelligent operations
• Develop and maintain trusted C-level and VP-level relationships across technology, operations, manufacturing, digital and corporate functions
• Lead commercial governance, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health checks and drive disciplined sales operations, bookings and revenue growth
• Act as the senior escalation point for account issues and ensure early issue resolution to maintain trusted relationships
• Drive multi‑practice collaboration within EPAM – consulting, design, engineering, platforms and data – to deliver value‑driven client solutions
• Ensure current engagements meet client satisfaction, quality goals and commercial expectations while identifying renewal and expansion opportunities
• Lead executive‑level governance forums including strategic account reviews, steering committees and quarterly business reviews

Requirements

• Extensive track record in strategic account management, senior client partnership and consulting‑led sales within a digital engineering, technology services, IT consulting or systems integration firm
• Demonstrated success managing complex German enterprise accounts with multi‑million‑euro revenue responsibility and a proven ability to deliver account growth over multiple years
• Strong experience developing and maintaining executive relationships with C‑suite stakeholders, converting strategic conversations into large‑scale programs
• Deep familiarity with the end‑to‑end pursuit lifecycle – from origination and discovery through solution shaping, proposal leadership, pricing and contracting
• Ability to navigate matrixed global organizations and integrate multi‑disciplinary teams, including nearshore/offshore delivery capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen including comfort with forecasting, margin optimization, pricing discussions, contract negotiations and risk management during complex deal structuring
• Exceptional leadership in governance, influencing internal stakeholders and aligning global teams to client objectives
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to produce executive‑level deliverables in German and English
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written) for leading high‑level client meetings and documentation
• Nice to have A network of existing senior relationships within German manufacturing, industrial technology, consumer health or healthcare product companies
• Demonstrated experience in shaping transformation programs in data, AI, automation or digital manufacturing
• Familiarity with manufacturing‑specific technologies such as MES, quality management systems, PLM, ERP, Industrial IoT and OT/IT integration
• Relevant degree in business, technology, engineering, operations, life sciences or equivalent senior experience
