Senior Cloud Architect & Advisor (f/m/d) for RISE with SAP and BDC in MEE

As a Cloud Architect & Advisor, you shape the private cloud foundation for RISE with SAP and Business Data Cloud engagements. You engage in presales through renewal events, translating customer requirements into technical landscape designs for private cloud deployments. You collaborate with account teams and delivery groups to ensure landscapes meet needs and are handed off for provisioning. You operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, driving adoption and value of SAP cloud offerings.

• Advise on SAP private cloud offerings during presales and ongoing engagements
• Assess feasibility of customer requirements and translate into technical landscape designs
• Oversee the transition of landscapes to delivery teams for provisioning
• Contribute to change requests and renewal events related to private cloud architecture
• Support and work with cross-functional teams to ensure landscapes meet requirements and drive adoption
• Engage in customer-facing activities and maintain high-availability and security considerations

• 5+ years of customer facing experience
• Expertise in technical operational aspects of SAP solutions in a cloud environment
• Solid understanding of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of data center capabilities (high availability, disaster recovery)
• Good understanding of the entire platform stack (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks)
• Knowledge of SAP technologies (releases, interdependencies)
• Cybersecurity & compliance knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in German and English
