Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer – AWS

Responsibilities

• Build and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS, partly Azure) in enterprise and regulated environments
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Help shape cloud architecture — cost, security, scalability
• Automation, monitoring/observability, troubleshooting time‑critical incidents
• DevOps culture: close collaboration with development teams, security, and product owners
• Develop productively with AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)

Requirements

• Senior level
• Deep AWS knowledge — architecture and operations (ideally AWS certification: Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer)
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (or CloudFormation), Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions; Git; agile working
• Linux and basic networking and security fundamentals
• Scripting: Python, Bash or Go
• Nice to have: IAM (One Identity, Keycloak), cloud security, monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), Apache Kafka, Azure or GCP
• German at C1 level or higher
• AI tools are mandatory, not optional; you must be productive with Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor
